I surprised myself
It was already 71 when I left the house and the humidity is right up there so I planned to just walk again today. But when I got to the top of the hill I decided I would see what I could do so I started running and it wasn't as bad as I feared. So, I ran 1.6 miles this morning! In the heat! Joshua came up behind me and passed me by at one point (big show off Army guy).

He is a showoff! But good for you! Boy, running in the heat is no fun, I know it. Today was about 15 degrees cooler than it has been over the past week, and it was delightful
