Someday I'm going to have to take a day off. Tomorrow may be that day! I feel a lot better today, slept really well last night. And I went to bed at 8:30. So I'm on the upswing and in the process of recovering my stolen sleep!
I didn't do cardio today. Well, I did 2 minutes. Then I thought, "Nope!" And I left. But I had solid weight lifting times, so that's good.

For the weight lifting, do you have a routine you're following or just make it up as you go along? I see in my journal that it was a year ago today that I joined Snap Fitness but I haven't been in there for months now. I really should get back to something there.
Glad you're catching up on your sleep. But 8:30? You and your older sister go to bed so early!
But I get up so early! Hm.....maybe they're related! And I think that I'm still making up for Sunday night. That took the wind out of my sails!
I do have a routine I use. Two actually, and I switch them out. Everytime I go I do squats and calf raises, though.
Routine A:
Squats
Calf Raises
Dumbell bench press
Dumbell bicep curl
Lat pulldown
Routine B:
Sqats (sumo squats)
Calf Raises
Dumbell shoulder press
Dubmbell flyes
Dumbell triceps extension
Glute Ham Raise
So it's not a lot of stuff and it doesn't take a long time, but it hits all the big muscles and that's good enough for me.
I have an app on my phone that I track it with. But I have kept notebooks before, too.

I'll have to look up all those things to know what they are! Not sure I want to spend that much time with dumbells. I retired to get away from that!

I like to use the dumbbells rather than barbells because I feel like I can do more weight without being afraid I'll drop it on my face!!
