I've lost count! I'll have to go back and figure out how many days I've been not running.
Back from my weekend trip and it was a lot of fun. No formal exercise but we did a lot of walking. And I am really really happy with my eating over the weekend. It was healthy and delicious!
Today I was back at it and I did go to the gym. Lifted weights and then did 20 minutes of cardio -Stairway to Somewhere!!!
I did assisted pullups today and I suspect I'll be feeling those tomorrow!
Off to meditation class now.

Just did some counting. Today was day 8 of my 30 days of not running.
I ran yesterday morning but just did 2 miles. Warm and very humid here but the run was good and pace was 10:35 so I was glad to do that. Today I just walked because my foot was bothering me. Tomorrow? Who knows? I am giving up on trying to get ready for the Whistlestop Half. Maybe my long distance days are behind me. I'm glad I had them but we'll have to see what the future holds with this arthritis. I am doing that 5K on 9/12 and will hope to continue doing some of those.
