Cool Running
It was only 51 when I left the house with a light breeze so for the first time this season I wore long pants and long sleeves. And I was cold at the beginning especially when in the shade. But I warmed up as I ran 1.6 miles this morning. Busy day out there. 3 girls walking, 1 guy riding a bike, and saw Brandon Robinson going to work. Plus some witch in a HUGE SUV came by me at 90 per. I hate that! But the run itself was good.

I don't like that either! I'm a firm believer in slow driving....as you know!
Sounds like a good run - populated!
I cannot believe it's already getting cold for you. Altough fall is wonderful, if I recall correctly!
Today was my day off. Back at it tomrorrow!
