Yay me! / 1 hill.....10 pushups!

Yes!  I did 10 "real" pushups today!  And I think my form was good.  I could really really feel it in my abs.  So I'll keep it up.  Thanks for the advice!

Just did 1 run up Texas today.  Dang, I need to do that more often.  Use it or lose it - for hills and pushups!

You know, I'm wondering if I am going to bed too hungry.  I've been doing well on my eating.  Really well.  Maybe too well!  So I might work on that and make sure I don't go to bed hungry.  But my weight is doing great and I am seeing results.

Lots of good news in your note here! I can't identify with the last part though. I rarely go to bed hungry but often think I should!

I've been having a piece of bread (ww bread) with sunflower butter as soon as I get up. Before coffee, even. And, for whatever reason, that seems to be helping me control my eating better throughout the day.

And I don't think my non-sleeping is hunger related. Maybe it is summer related!
