Why weird? Well, I have this pace music I downloaded some time ago. 180 beats per minute. And I used that today because I figured it would help speed me up. I usually don't use it because it's all electronica. But anything in the effort for a better time! Anyway, my time was 2 or 3 minutes more than it has been! Go figure!
But it was a good run. Beautiful day. And then I did weights and situps.
