Hills! / 2x

Today I did Texas two times.  Very challenging.  Even a week off from that is too much!  Also did weights and situps.

So my weight is going well.  I think I mentioned that I'm eating the moment I get up.  A piece of ww bread with PB or sunflower butter.  And it's really changing the dynamic of my food day.  Crazy how such a little change is having such a big impact.  But it is.  For the past few years my non-winter and non-stress normal has been 135.  Although I really really struggled with that this winter.  Anyway, the past couple weeks I've been at 127 or 128.  It's possible my scale is broken!  But, honestly, that's the only real change I've made.  It's summer to I'm eating healthier and lighter (as one tends to do in the summer).  But I'm giving a lot of credit to this eating first thing business!

I'm actually kinda concerned that my scale is broken because I don't feel like I'm a lot different from 135!  So that might be the case.  Who knows!  All I know is that my pants fit and as long as that's the case, I'm content.

Two things:

1. I think my normal no -winter/non-stress weight was 133, not 135.
2. Today I'm at 131. Go figure! That's fine by me. Just really weird!

Way to go Runner Girl!! Little changes do sometimes make a big difference. And, I agree. As long as the pants fit that's what matters! I'm proud of you girl!
