I LOVE that trail!! And this morning it was my private domain. Never saw another person anywhere near it. 64 degrees, sunny, slight breeze, absolutely perfect. 6.02 miles with no stopping and no walking. Pace was 10.50 overall. Am I pleased with myself? You bet cha!

I'm pleased with you too - and more than a little jealous! Sounds absolutely delightful. One of those days where there just isn't anything better than being a runner!
