My left hand is still itching this morning and I'm wondering how long this will go on. But I slept fine and got up and did my 3 miles (pace 10.10!) and the pushups and situps.
I'll be off tomrrow (going to Duluth for 10th Street Reunion starting at 11:00 am) and Sunday. On Monday I am planning to run 6 miles on the Gandy Dancer.

I don't think it was a spider because I was driving and had my arm out the window when it happened. spiders don't fly I don't think! Had to be a hornet/wasp/bee or something like that. this is now Sunday morning and it's still itching some!
