AM Run / 3 Miles

This morning I thought that I might also run some hills this afternoon but, turns out, I'm worn!  But I did run this morning.  To regular music not pace music!  And it was quite evident in my time.

Beautiful here today - 70 or so.

Also did some pushups.  I need to work harder on that.  I'm not getting far (read:anywhere!) with my plan to get to a high number and transition from the knees.  I used to be so good at them!

ETA: I had a monarch butterfly racing with me for a bit today.  Up a hill, so it was helping and encouraging me!

Gotta love the butterflies!

Pushups are hard to do and easy to lose. I'm back up to 50 a day after two weeks of vacation and hope to get back to 75 next week.

I think I'll just start doing them every day. As many as I can and build up.

Do you do them all in a row? Or do you take breaks?

I do 25 pushups,then 25 situps, and repeat. Do 50 of each now and hope to get back to 75 each soon.
