I was up disgustingly early today. 5 AM!! Actually, I laid in bed until 5:15 or so. But still! Oh, well. Aren't I always saying I wish I could get up without my alarm? Well, dang if wishes don't come true!!
So....I got my run in early. Had a better time, so I know that will continue to improve. I also did push ups (12 boy style!!), triceps, lunges, squats, and crunches. Cause I had all that time to kill and all!
A good workout morning.
I also had a healthy eating day. I for sure got 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. I was looking at a weight loss calculator last night and it told me I should be eating 1300 calories a day. Wow. Talk about a recipe for bitter.

1300 isn't very many calories in a day. I couldn't do that. I'd starve to death.

Yeah, I'm disregarding that advice. I just don't want to live like that. I will just keep doing what I am doing. These last two weeks, actually, I've done great. They will be my model!
I was up again at 5 today. I think it is because I had an appointment to learn more about a BSN program offered here. I'm not really eligible, but it really is the one I want to be in. I was nervous and anxious.
Now I'm tired! Early to bed for me tonight!
