Well, it had to happen. I snoozed today. I was just tired - and I get kind of over it by the end of the week. Wasn't worth is though. Lost five minutes and was STILL tired!
I had a good exercise day. Ran this morning - time was 32:03. Then did the morning calisthenics routine. I did a few hills at lunch and then batting cages tonight after work. I'm tired!

Those batting cages were fun! I wish we had some around here. I would take Josh sometime. Guess there's one in Stillwater andmight have to check it out.
I walked with Neil Diamond this morning. Good walk. Jogged for 13 minutes of it. Then my 15 puchups and 15 situps. Should start to increase those a little I think.
We're taking Megan and Josh to the Festival Theater tonight to see Wizard of Oz. Hope it's good.

They are fun. I have not been for a while so I am glad to be back into the swing of things....so to speak!
13 minutes of jogging is a giant chunk! I bet you will feel a difference in your stamina.
I'm slowly building up my pushups. Next week I think I'll do 4 sets of 6. It will be a challenge!
