Hi from the Comfort Inn in West Duluth where there is a very nice pool and hot tub but no fitness center. so no walking this morning. and I'm not going swimming either. Might do some walking in the Mall after lunch because Mom wants to get her haircut there.
Congratulations on the lost 3 lbs! Progress seems to make it all worthwhile. Were the flowers out in the desert? Have a good day.

Thanks for the congrats! It is motivating, for sure. And I've not been starving myself so it doesn't seem bitterly won, if that makes sense.
The desert was beautiful and there were all kinds of flowers! We had a great time.
