I had a good run this morning. 33:01. Getting closer to breaking that 11 minute mark again! Just goes to show how important it is to keep on practicing. I took a brake while you were here and then I got sick and was off. Can't let this happen when we go to Virginia! But that is OK because I think I'll have a new running partner!
I had a healthy eating day again today. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Chicken for meat. Solid.
It was cold this morning - I had to wear long underwear! Seriously! But we are getting ready a Santa Ana weekend.

Long underwear? Didn't know Californians even knew what they are! Don't know about the new running partner. Jogging is such work. Might feel better about once I can get outside. Been for my walk and now off to work. Weight has been holding now at 5 lbs below my goal weight so feeling good about that. Have a good day.

Yeah, jogging can be tough. And if you don't actually enjoy it....even worse! Maybe outside will help. I like it, but it is not for everyone.
Congrats on being below your goal weight! That is great! It is nice to have some cushion I bet. But that is also why it is probably good to weigh yourself every day. I know myself. And I know I would probably eat myself from five pounds under to five pounds OVER before I caught it!
