Well, how long has it been since I reported running hills at lunch? Get ready!
I got up this morning and had a great run. I am finally breaking that 11 minute per mile pace. My time was 32:48.
Then I did pushups and THE PLANK (read that in a big booming voice followed by dududum!!!!!). We shall see how sore my abs feel tomorrow. I will let you know.
Then I ran hills at lunch! I was really glad I brought my workout gear because, man, work was stressful today! So I ran my hill 5 times.
Healthy eating today. And I bet healthy sleeping tonight. I'm tired!

You are just becoming an exercise demon! You haven't run the hill for a while. Or at least you haven't reported it.
I've done my walk and it was fine this morning. Took Rhonda Vincent with me. Got my heart rate up where it needs to be. Thanks again for that monitor. I don't use it every day but a couple times a week just to see what I'm doing.
A little cooler here today but sunny so far. Only going to the 40's today. I have a full day and then Council meeting tonight. Hope you have a good day.
I haven't mentioned it because I haven't done it! Ha!
Glad you like that monitor! That is a good piece of data to have. Sometimes I think I believe I'm working harder then I am - probably there are days when I just feel lazy or tired so don't put in as much effort.
Yay 40s! I bet you take what you can get.
Sounds like you had a busy day. I did yesterday and tonight I'm just totally enjoying hanging out on my couch.
