I'm back to work today but started off with a good 2.8 mile run on the TM plus the sit ups and push ups. Seemed like work today though. Probably because I didn't sleep well.
I finished the running book last night! Thanks again for that. That guy is a novelist so I might look up one of his novels and see what it's about.

You know, I think sleep is one of the most important components to successful running. And self care/maintenance in general.
I'm glad you liked that book! He is one of Jessica's favorite authors.
I'm wondering now what his novels are like. Might see if our library has any and check him out.
