I'm up and at it again. Another 2.81 mile run on the TM and all the exercises. So why can't I lose any weight? And, in fact, my weight has gone up a little every day this week! I can't stand it! I'm walking a mile after lunch every day, too. Very discouraged by this because I don't feel like I'm snacking that much but it's obviously too much. I gotta get a handle on this.

That's really frustrating, I know. Why can't running just burn it off for us? I hate the fact that it really is the snacking.
I've been doing well this week in the snacking department. Well, in the NOT snacking department!
