After the pain of the squats last week, I decided to do lunges on Sunday. As I reported. Well, let me report new information. LUNGES HURT TOO!!!!
May I say "Ouch!"?
I'm sure feeling it. Funny to that that, for all the running I do, there are parts of me that are not in shape. I'm working on that, though. I think that getting strong will help with running. And make my stomach less flabby!
I had a good run this morning but I really didn't enjoy it. Why not? SARAH PALIN. She was just so on my mind. And my company. Gotta finish up my school application, that's for sure! Anyway, I accidentally ran an extra mile because I was so upset I wasn't paying attention. Almost a mile - .95. Didn't even realize it until I got home and turned off the Nike+.
And that reminds me, somehow I have set my Nike+ to the guy. I miss my lady!
No gym or hills today. I guess I'm still not 100% (although I do feel so much better!) and I just didn't want to push it.

By the way, I kept a food journal yesterday. Which is quite an accomplishment for me. I typically get through breakfast and then.......quit!
But, geeze, I wonder how many calories I've been eating because I've not been paying attention. It was pretty eye opening and I am going to do it again today.
Well, no matter how much exercise or running we do there will always be something out of shape! But we are making great progress!
I had a guy talk to me on nike+ the other day, too. Had been a black woman before that. I didn't know we could set that somewhere.
Yeah, Sarah would upset me, too. But good motivation for running!
I suppose I should do that, too. But I probably won't. I am up 8/10's this morning, though, and there's no real reason for it. I didn't snack!
It has been darn eye opening (and sad!) for me. Did it again today. I think it will help me a lot because I think I've been eating so very much more then I should. SAD.
