No! The something old was not me!
I did some ab stuff after my run today. That was my "old" thing. I have not been doing them and I can really tell. I'm very weak in my core.
The new thing is that I did lunges today. And, whew! I did maybe 20 and they were really difficult. They are tough! I have done them ever now and again in the past but I am going to try and be consistent with them.
And I had a good run! Cold day, let me tell you.
