Didn't I do this yesterday? What the heck? I don't even remember. I thought I did but where is it? Anyway, I did run yesterday and again today. So, I've put in a good week. Every day. Looking forward to my day off tomorrow though. Ran 2.8 miles again today and listened to our friend Barry along the way. Also did the push ups and sit ups. My weight is going down a little each day here. I have not had a snack all week! And I've really been limiting my salt intake. It's apparently making a difference.

For sure, snacks are a biggie. But I think sodium counts too. I was amazed when I bought some soup today. It is this soup I love. Roasted red pepper and tomato soup. They had regular (which I usually get) and low sodium. The low sodium has like 130 mg of sodium per serving and the regular has 750 mg!!!! Can you even believe that!?!
I guess we can have 2300 mg per day? Is that right? Well, that's a heck of a lot for one stinking cup of soup! So I got the low sodium version. It will be interesting to see how it compares taste wise.

I haven't started looking at sodium labels on things. Don't want to know I guess! But sodium is in everything I am learning. Even where you would least expect it.
