I ran 2.8 something this morning and did the exercises and it well well today. Felt good. Then I got on the scale and saw that I am up .8's this morning and for no reason! I didn't snack yesterday at all. Weight continues to be the mystery of the ages.
I will join you in another "no snack" week though. Now I have 4 more lbs I want to lose. Yesterday it was only 3!

You know, sometimes I wonder if I should only weigh myself once a week. I've decided against it because I'd rather be a tiny bit disappointed every day then epically disappointed once a week.
