Did it again. 2.83 miles this morning. I like this nike+! Makes it easy to keep track of. Think I will wear it today when I walk after lunch, too. I've been walking 1 mile every day I'm at church but haven't been recording it.
Good news on the weight front today. I did not snack at all yesterday. Not one bite of anything. And I ate a small supper. And I'm down a pound today. A whole pound. That's seems hard to believe, too. So, we'll see what tomorrow says.

That is great news though! It is nice to see results after a day of dedication! I've been doing well on not snacking this week and I can tell a difference.
I'm glad you like your Nike+! I love mine and I was sooo excited to see if you would love it too!
I have not used any of the Nike web tools to "run faster" or "run more" but I might look into them. But I really love the goals. Goals are really motivating for me!
I've looked at the goals but haven't set any yet. Probably will for February.
