My appointment yesterday was great! My numbers are all excellent. Blood pressure 112/68. Overall cholesteral 142. LDL (bad cholesterol) 69. HDL (good cholesterol) 60. Triglycerides 65. A1C 6.0. All excellent! I was very, very pleased. And I weighed 2 lbs LESS on their scale than I did at home fully clothed! That's never happened before. Always weigh more there. So I was very happy about it all.
I ran on the TM again today and did the exercises. Push ups were more challenging because I also had a flu shot yesterday and my arm is sore. But I did 'em.

That's great news! Always wonderful to get a glowing report. And the weight? I won't lie. I'm totally jealous! Anyway, I'm glad you got a good review. You deserve it.
You know, I don't think I've ever had a flu shot before. I might have taken a sore arm as a free pass on the pushups!
Also.....20 BELOW??? That should be illegal!
