So, the foot felt fine yesterday morning. Walked on the mill. Later in the morning it started to ache again and by the time I got to PT at 3 pm it was hurting. And she hurt me doing massage on it, too. So by nightfall I was limping pretty good again. Still hurts this morning. I don't understand, of course.
So, not doing anything here this morning. Only 31 out there and not gonna walk on the mill. This is getting very old.

Getting old here, too. We did have all kinds of rain this morning. Honestly, it was probably for the best. I'm still not feeling really great. Better, but not great.
So. Look at us. This stinks.
Did she have any advice on why it hurt? I know you didn't get the insoles from her, but did she have anything to say about those?
She thought they needed to be adjusted. Duh. Otherwise, we didn't talk about them.
Right. Tell me something I don't know! Hm.
