I'm worn out! Long day and I'm glad to be home.
My exercise day consisted of "the usual". Ran in the morning - 6.2 miles at 10:03/mile. I thought my time was a little better then that but that's OK!
I did bands when I got home.
No hills - too busy at work.
I'm worried I'm getting sick. Sore throat and headache. Probably paranoia - Jessica is sick. I hope it is paranoia. I am sure it is. I demand it!
Good eating. Which means I'm totally hungry.
I never told you about my longer route! When I do the 4 mile, I do my usual route but keep running up to 35th (after my usual stopping point) and then turn around, run over the bridge again, then run back to 36th.
The 6 mile route is basically a double of my normal 3 mile run. Little bit longer.

I hope you're not getting sick. That would be no fun for sure.
Glad to know what your route is. Not that I'm ever going to aspire to run it. But nice to know where you're going.
Now you know what to avoid!
