Well, I did my food diary today. And I'm at about 2300 calories. 2361 actually. Which explains A LOT about why nothing is happening on the scale. I bet I'm really eating about 3000 calories a day. Well....maybe. I just need to keep an eye on it. I really have not been trying with my food. SIGH.
But I did have a great run today! 4ish miles and my time was 9:51/mile. I think that is what it was yesterday per mile, too! And it was cold but nice out.
I have some Gaterade to take on my run tomorrow. It will be 6 miles.
I did pushups when I got home! It was hard. I might have to do those before I run. I think I'm too tired by the time I get back!

Good for you on the food diary. I think it's the best way to keep on track when you're trying to lose a few pounds. I should do it, too, I guess.
You are really doing great on the running, etc., so you know you're in great shape even if you're still carrying a pound or two more than you want to. Muscle weighs more than fat or so I've been told about a hundred times.
It was raining here when I got up at 6:15 so didn't think I would get outside. But it quit so I took a chance and got the whole 5 mile ride in. Guess it's done raining for now anyway. Maybe more later this morning.
