Good Morning

I'm back on track! Did a full 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning so that's 2.5 miles. Felt some strain in the right leg (above the knee but on the back side of the leg) when I started out. Lasted for a few minutes but eased off and was fine after that. And I'm not limping! So, not sure what this is all about. Maybe just strained that muscle back there and needed some time to be ok again. Felt good to be doing the time! Have a good day.

Glad your are back in the saddle! That is great news. You know, I always think my muscles get a little wonky when I am favoring an area. That area gets soft (!) and the rest has to work extra. So it sense that there were some kinks to work out.

Great job on your distance! You know, I thought it was so much fun to run in all these different places recently. Wisconsin, the Dells, Indianapolis, I'M BLANKING, and Virginia! Wasn't there another city in there? Maybe not!

But, very soon, you get to add Montana to your list! That is really neat.
