I did it again! Two days in a row! Pretty exciting.
Beautiful morning here today. Nice and cool. I extra appreciated this fact since I knew it was going to be on fire later! Again!
I did those "core" exercises I emailed to you guys. They seemed pretty easy. I'll keep em up for a few days, though, and see if they have any impact.
I did run hills at lunch. I sure could tell it has been a few days since I've done that! As in, it felt good!
I've been upping my meat intake in the hopes that it will have an impact on my energy level. I think it may be helping. I've been getting more calcium, too, and that helps with a lot of things - including, believe it or not, mood! I'm trying to be less cranky. I am POSITIVE it is working. If it isn't, don't tell me darn it!!! I don't want to know!

Wow. You are impressing me. Your dedication is amazing.
My knee is certainly better but I'm taking today off, too. Thought about just walking but hauled the garbage up the driveway and that was enough. I do plan to walk tomorrow morning in DePere and see how it goes. Think I will just walk a couple of days before getting back to the running.

Way to go Julie! I printed out the core work that you sent, have done one of them before but didn't start those yesterday.
Ran the Fitnatic route today. Pretty good. My hip hurt but once I got going...it was all good! Love when that happens.
Push-ups today.
Oh, and last night I went to the gym and did my weights. AND 5 cheater chin ups. I don't care what anyone thinks, even the cheaters are hard. Love it!!

I'm glad you took the day off. It hurts (mentally) right now but it will pay off with a quicker recovery!
Ang - Glad your hip warmed up! My left one hurts but usually that is after I run! I'm totally jealous of your pullups. Don't let anybody talk smack! You've got the guns to back yourself up!
