Worn!

Well, I do believe I'll take tomorrow as my freebe for sure! I'm tired. I've not slept well this week, and it is showing.

I did get up again and run this morning. I knew I was not going to push myself for speed, so I did 4 miles rather then 3. And I did them slow. I may have been able to push myself for more speed, but that was the deal I made before I left and I stuck with it.

I did end up running hills at lunch. I just needed to get out of the office, in all honesty. I also saw an amazing car accident. I was coming down the hill - in fact, I was just about to make my U turn and head back up the hill. And a guy at the stop sign apparently decided "oncoming traffic be damned!" and made his turn. Sadly for him, another car was currently occupying that space. I was so close I went over to each car and made sure they were OK. People do not joke about speed on that road! They were fine and all the busy bodies were already out so I went back to running my hills.

That was my excitement! Oh, I helped my friend decorate her cookies tonight. I only ate one, so no blowing it there. She fed me too. Meatloaf!

Have you missed me? Didn't really have time in DePere to spend on the computer. But also wasn't running so nothing to report. But I am going to try it tomorrow morning (Saturday) and see what happens. I am going to use the treadmill though because if I start to hurt and have to quit at least I'll be home. Don't want to get a mile up the road and have to limp home. Leg still doesn't feel quite right but I don't like not doing this. (Who is this man?)

I TOTALLY missed you! It was all kind of lonesome here. I almost bought a volley ball and named him Wilson!

I understand - I just was building up your reading material!

I think the treadmill might even be a little easier on your body, don't you? That is a good way to start. Especially since I can't come pick you up if you get stranded far away from home!

Forgot to comment yesterday on that car accident! Glad you weren't running in the street when it happened!

Yeah, me too. I would not be surprised if both those cars were totaled by their insurance companies. I'm pretty careful out there - this reminded me why!
