So, I gave myself a very serious talking to last night and I could really tell the difference in my attitude today. It went a lot better because I just didn't let work bother me as much.
I got up at 5 again today and my morning really went the way I have been planing! It is just taking practice to get into the groove. I had a really good run (30:18) and also studied for about an hour and a half.
Did the ol hills at lunch. It was busy out there today. Must be that exercising is the thing to do! We are soooo ahead of the curve!
Gardened a bit tonight. Only about 30 minutes, but it was good to get outside.
And now it is possible I'm going to bed. I'm tired and doing nothing functional related to homework.

Yesterday was a "cross training" day for me...Summer Stretch with West Immanuel and the activity was water tubing. Very fun. Could feel it in my arms and abs. Good stuff.
Today is my day "off" from work. I notice that I am slower to get motivated on days like these.
Good morning. Having trouble getting motivated here this morning. Decided to run around the field instead of on the road so I walked it once and ran it twice. Don't like it though because it's so uneven. Worried about twisting an ankle. So, then I quit.
Have a list to work on here today so better get started. Well, maybe after a nap!

Went to the gym today and guess who I saw? Amelia Santanelo. She is from Kare 11 news I think. Nice. Smiled at her and then went about my business...hope she doesn't start wanting to chat with me...it'll throw off my groove :)
So, today I worked on my push ups, fun. And found that they have a 200 sit ups challenge too. So, I thought, why not do that. Only ran 1.5 miles at the gym today. Not because I wasn't motivated but because I found myself running out of time.
Tomorrow I am running with dad. Yay! The good 'ole fitnatics 5K route.
Looking forward to it!
@Ang - I usually feel like it is more difficult for me to get it together on the weekend. My goal this weekend is to run Saturday an Sunday.
@Dad - Do you know that I did not walk that field even once while I was there? Man! I picked up tick mania! Although I sure didn't pick up a single tick! I love it back there but understand your concern. One wrong step and you are done.
Did you get a nap?
@Ang - I'm jealous of your date tomorrow! Better then seeing famous people at the gym! Have fun!

Dad, leave the cross country running on the golf course where it belongs! True story. That is what those places are for.
