I hope you are sitting down!

This morning.....I drank MILK! WHITE MILK! It was as disgusting as anticipated! So...I won't try that again! I was attempting to add some nutrients to my life. I guess I will just have to deal!

I did successfully get up at 5 this morning. Strangely, it really was not as easy as I thought! But I did it and I did get solid studying in. I'll try it again tomorrow.

I had a great run this morning. 30:07! No 5k time, but still darn good. I'm also working on 100 pushups in 6 weeks. I started today. I guess we will talk in 6 weeks!

I did run hills at lunch. Funny, it seemed really easy. I wonder why???!!!

What kind of nutrients are you trying to add? I can help you figure out a different option than white milk...which I happen to LOVE! You silly girl.

Good for you on the run! WOW, for a world traveler, you have a ton of energy. Must be because of your age.

I am also starting the 100 push-ups which I found here on your blog, under Runners World. Thanks.

This morning I will run the 140th hill, only doing 2.4 miles today.

Chocolate anything is ALWAYS better!!

I'm trying to up my calcium intake. This nutrition class I'm taking has really got me to thinking about it. I have been drinking soy milk actually, but thought maybe cow milk was better for me. All I know is that I cannot stand it! Tried it again today. GAG!!!!! Not the happiest way to start the day!

Actually, I think the soy milk may be better. Could be wrong though. Why not just add it to something...like your cereal or something.

Actually, I can assure you that it is emotionally healthier! I don't eat a lot of cereal, actually. But I'm making some food changes right now so I think I have a solid plan.
