It was cold this morning, I thought. So, I skipped the morning run...went to the gym this afternoon for weights, abs, etc. Then after I got home from a meeting at church tonight I went on the family 5K run. Joshua rode bike to keep me company. That was super good. He is a great partner.

Good for you. It seems to be especially satisfying when I finished a run I didn't actually want to do!

My time was 29:57. I am so okay with that.
Nice. That sounds good. Weight lifting is really good for you, I think.

It is! It helps build a strong core which is excellent for runners and for life in general.
