Only off my goal by 8/10's this morning! Getting very close and not sure what to do once I hit it. Not going to binge on ice cream I know that!
Good run on TM this morning and did exercises, too. Upped both yesterday and went ok today. Slept lat today though! Didn't get out of bed until 7:50 am!!!

Sounds like you've been getting a lot of good sleep and, you know, that can help, too. I guess sleep helps with our food impulse control and with....well, other stuff. Can't remember now but some stress hormone that causes us to both eat and be unable to lose weight.
Hm....maybe I should meditate more!
