Another Week Done

Did my usual again this morning and will be taking tomorrow off.  I have been running, etc., every day but Sunday lately and seems to be working ok for now.  Have set a new weight goal and will start working on that today.  Ate everything in sight yesterday! So today I get back on track.

A new goal is good, I'm on that with you! And I think it is a good to have a day off where we can just go crazy. And then get back on track again, asap, which you are doing.
