Gym

Hoo boy, did the gym smell bad today. No idea what the deal was. But I walked over and did my things. I am really feeling it in my back/shoulders tonight! Lost those two pounds that were tormenting me. So that's good. I've been thinking of dropping another 5. But I'm gonna play that by ear. I'd rather gain muscle than lose weight. So I'm just going to see what happens now that I feel like I'm back into a gym routine. Course, I'll be leaving for a week soon! Going to SD for TG. Maybe I'll bring my weights. I have been eating so many vegetables, it's crazy. And it makes me happy because I know it's good for me. Today I had probably 2 cups of cabbage, an entire bag of greens (sauteed, so like 1 tbsp!), and 1/2 of a spaghetti squash. Oh, and cherry tomatoes. I really want to get into a habit of eating a lot of vegetables like I did today.

Wonder why it smelled so bad over there. Smelled like sweat or what?

Congrats on the weight! So easy to put on and so hard to take off.

I love veggies, too. We went to Jan Mehlhoff's retirement dinner and party last night and had a chicken dinner but one thing on the plate was spaghetti squash. I don't think I've ever been served that out anywhere before.

No idea why - smelled like a sewer issue. ICK!

I'm getting some more spaghetti squash just to have around here. Really liked it!
