Day 10: Quick Gym

Long day at work so I didn't lift weights today - just wasn't into it. I did 20 minutes of cardio and then I did some ab stuff. And then I was out of there! Easy!

I'm planning to at least go for a long walk tomorrow. Ankle is better today but I still feel the pain when I turn it to the side a little. One thing after another.
