Day 11: Doing stuff. And things.

But stuff and things is not running. Here is my foot update: My right foot feels great. No troubles at all, actually. So that's a happy improvement. My left foot (heel) is getting better. It feels less bruised. So I really hope they both recover and don't break again as soon as I start running again! Gym day today, and it was really good. Upped some of my weights. And I did 5 minutes of cardio. I that's all I had the interested in doing! But I don't feel bad when I cut short when it's a weights day. All good.
