And I ran. I just couldn't take it anymore! I've been so stressed and anxious and unfocused. And I realized that maybe it's the running I'm missing. It's such an ability to put my brain away for a bit of time. So I did it. Even though it wasn't 30 days. And even though it was late and getting dark!
But it was really enjoyable and I came back feeling really mentally refreshed. I'm glad I did it. And, yeah, my feet hurt. I'm going to RRS so I can get new insoles.
