I did something!

I went outside and ran 2 miles this morning!  First time in a week.  I had no confidence at all that I could do it when I left the house but I just kept plodding along until it was done.  Right foot bothered me most of yesterday and some this morning while running but I just kept going anyway.  When I got home I did 25 pushups and 25 situps which I have also been sorely neglecting.  Feels good to have done something.

Congratulations! I know how good it feels to get back out there! And I also know exactly how it feels when we are "plodding along"! Wish I didn't, but I suppose every runner knows. Anyway, great job!!!
