Back At It

I got up at 6 and got on the TM for a 3 mile run this morning.  Calves are still a little sore but I did 3 miles with no real difficulty.  Also got back to my push ups and sit ups.  Decided last night that I just had to get back on track so I did.  Feeling pretty good.

I'm wearing my new orthotics for a while this morning.  Will wear them a couple hours this morning and then a couple more this afternoon.  I'll let you know!

I'm still befuddled by your calves! It isn't like you did something really different or added some ridiculous amount of mileage all of the sudden.

Sounds like a good run, though!

Tell me how your feet feel! You didn't wear them running, right? Just walking around?

I just wore them during the day and did a lot of sitting at my desk. But they weren't too bad. I was surprised actually. Wearing them again today. No, I'm not running in them. At least not yet.
