This morning I took my fancy shoes on a 3 mile run. The Kensington loop. I think my socks were too tight and I'll wear looser ones next time. But my shoes felt great and didn't it my toes. So I think that's good!
And running felt good. Didn't hurt. Well, my toe hurt but I think we can say 'that's to be expected' and leave it at that.
My pace was OK, too.
I lifted weights when I got home.
Tomorrow is the Zombie 5K! I'll report back on that!

I miss the Kensington loop! Often on the TM I hold on, close my eyes, and imagine that I'm running there or around Lake Miramar so some other run that I have done. Helps to pass the time!
I did 3 on the TM again today and it was very good. Calves seem to be completely fine now. Never bothered yesterday or today.
