Happy Halloween!
Did you have a spooky day?! Hope so! This is the day of the year where that would be ok!
Good day here. Really pretty day, a bit chilly (for us). Fall is in the air! Until the Santa Ana's come back.....
I had a good run this morning. You know, the usual!
I'm going to start taking swimming lessons so I have something exciting and new to write about!

The usual here this morning, too. The new nike+ app worked but the calibration is way off. It said 1.99 miles and the Garmin and footpod (yes I have one!) said 3.05 which is the truth. So have to figure out how to calibrate the nike+ app. I like not being dependent on that sensor so I hope it works out.
Not really a spooky day here but Megan surprised us by ringing the doorbell at 8:00 am to trick and treat!
Whoa, that stinks. And Nike won't let you edit your data!
