Home!
Well, I'm home after a long day of shenanigans and adventures!
Believe it or not (OK, I know you probably believe it!), I went to bed around 8:30 last night and was sleeping by 9. I was so tired. And I slept till 5:30. Well, I slept till 5. I pushed snooze till 5:30.
When I ran this am, I thought I would just do 3 miles. Because I was sore. But then I got out there and it was sooo beautiful and enjoyable, I did the usual.
And I ran hills at lunch. Great to get out. If I am doing the SF marathon, I better get some hill work going!
Tonight I had dinner with my pal Ellen. It was fun! Now I just got home and need to hit the hay!

When is the SF Marathon? I thought you said October so I assumed next year.
I can't imagine going to bed at 8:30 unless I was sick as a dog. But you must have needed it.
