Ouch!
I'm sore! I sure can tell I took a few days off. So not fair! It goes away so quickly.
I had a really great run today. And I'm glad I went today because it is supposed to rain all day tomorrow. Which I'm totally excited about! So I'll plan on the gym tomorrow.
What a beautiful morning. It was 55 by the time I left and still pretty dark out. Which meant I got to see the sunrise! It was a really great way to start the day.
You know that old, white haired runner guy? I totally smiled at him while looking him in the eye! HA! It was just an accident. He accidentally looked at me but, accident or no, that was not an opportunity I was going to miss!
I had a solid day of healthy eating here too. All in all, a good day.

Did he smile back at you or just ignore you?
Did you get the Garmin figured out then? The Garmin doesn't "talk" to you though and tell you when you pass one mile, two miles, etc. Right? I think you said it beeps or something. I like the voice so hope the nike+ continues to work just for that. It worked fine this morning.

He totally ignored me!!
Yeah, it doesn't talk. Well, a robotic beeping language, I guess!
