I'm back at it this morning. 3 miles on the TM plus the full complement of exercises. All went well and felt good. I'm also going to start walking after lunch again today. I did that all last spring but have let it go over the summer. Just a one mile walk around the church but better than just sitting all day. Have a good one!

Oh, good idea! I really like getting out at lunch. Reminds me that there is an entire, for real world out there!
