Well, we did it! All 4 of us ran the Osceola 5K this morning. It was cold. +30 or so with 2 inches of new snow on the ground. The streets were wet but not snowy. No problem. I ran my best 5K yet. 29.33 I think it was. Lots of people there and lots of people were surprised to see me there so that was fun.
I couldn't keep the right ear bud in my ear this morning though. Very odd. They've stayed in great the last 3 days but not today. Had a knit cap on and maybe that was the reason.
Anyway, a great morning all the way around.

Your time is fantastic! Congratulations! Did you know you were going that fast or were you surprised when you saw your time results?
Neat that people were surprised to see you! I know that feeling. When a stranger asked me, "Aren't you that runner girl I see every day?"
Yeah, may have been the cap, for sure. I'll be interested to hear about tomorrow. Maybe the cold had something to do with it? Perhaps it was less malleable?
