We had a great great run today! Well, some shorter then others but you know! Our 4 mile pace (based on my mis-calibrated tool) was 9:47 per mile. Better yet, we were really consistent throughout our run. Looks like we did a really good job of maintaining pace.
Tomorrow will be fun! We'll have a great time at Miramar. Sleep well!
