Good Morning
Beautiful morning!!! Perfect SD weather in Wisconsin! Sunny, +50 when I went outside to run...yes, I said OUTSIDE!! I ran around the block. 6 miles. It was a beautiful day out there but it was very hard. Next Monday I'm supposed to bump it up to 8 miles so we'll have to see how that goes.

That is GREAT news! You deserve some nice weather. And it sounds like it was amazingly nice! Makes for a great run.
How do you plan on building your route for the +2 next week?

Well, I'm not sure where I'll go to get 8 miles.
