Well, you know my big news! I have amazing surprise company! It's great!
I got up this morning at the regular time and just did a short 3 mile run this am. It was good and nice out. And then I went to work to "do just a couple things." and ended up there till 3. But that's the way it goes! Wonder Twin Ang had super fun sleeping in (till 6....ha!), running the Kensington route, walking to a coffee shop in Kensington, eating a salad for lunch, and killing zombies!
Tomorrow: Miramar! We are both excited!

It's warm enough here this morning (+45) but it's raining! Ugh. So back to the basement and the TM for my 4 miles today.
