So I did 4 miles on the TM again today plus the exercises. Had a good night's sleep and it all went well this morning. I was surprised when my guy told me I was half way already! Lost in thought I guess. I was thinking about Lake Miramar and running that in my mind. +36 here this morning but raining out. Still below my threshold of +40 anyway. Wonder when I'll ever be outside again.

I love runs like that - where I get lost in my head. Sometimes I accidentally run an extra mile. I was even late for work once! Geeze - irresponsible I guess!
